A brand new, contemporary three bedroom detached coastal home.
The client wanted a full turn-key build, starting with help gaining planning permission and advising on the design stages of the project. Prior to work commencing, there was a derelict 1920’s shack on the site, which the client wanted to turn into a unique coastal home.

After demolishing the existing property, we worked closely with the client to deliver a home they were delighted with. We incorporated some innovative features such as Velux Cabrio roof balconies, giving sea views from the first-floor bedrooms and office.

A brand new, contemporary three bedroom detached coastal home located within 50m of the beach at Bracklesham Bay.
