the brief
This project was completed for a property developer client. The brief was to demolish one old property and build two luxurious seafront homes. The developer wanted to ensure we maximised development value, without cutting any corners or compromising on quality.
There was a priority on ensuring the project was delivered on time and within budget.
the build
This project had many bespoke elements to ensure we delivered on the client’s requirements of maximising development value. In-ground engineering solutions, bespoke internal and external staircases and custom-made glazing ensured we achieved this, whilst delivering two exceptional properties that made the most of their glorious seafront location.
Mobalco kitchens, vaulted ceiling living spaces and large balconies all contributed to the end result.
We assisted with interior design and layouts in conjunction with the architect to ensure that the outcome was nothing short of exceptional.

Samphire and Seafire remain stand-out properties along their stretch of beach. With 4 large bedrooms each, the space was maximised without compromising on any of the priorities of our client.
I could not speak more highly of Grey Tree. Not only did they deliver exquisite beachfront homes but they most definitely managed to maximise the commercial potential of the project, which, as a property developer was of vital importance.
I was blown away by their attention to detail, as they offered numerous suggestions that not only improved the end product, but again, maximised the value of the space we had.
Delivering the project on time was a must for us, and from the outset Cal and his team ensured the schedule was adhered to, even at times when it could easily have slipped. From my experience, this level of commitment to go above and beyond is rare in the construction industry.
We have subsequently worked with Grey Tree multiple times since this project and they continue to offer an unrivalled service along the South Coast.
