A mixed scheme commercial and residential new build development
the brief
We were instructed by a developer to undertake this project from start to finish. This initially involved acquiring the land, identifying a suitable local architect and achieving detailed planning and building regs approval.
Following this, Grey Tree managed the project from demolition through to completion.
the build
We handled every aspect of the project in-house, including multiple onsite design variations with our interior designers, ensuring the developer was left with a high-end result, hassle free.
Due to the complex nature of the development we had to overcome a number of challenges that arose throughout whilst ensuring we adhered to the planning restrictions and were being mindful of the impact on the local community.
the result
The site now consists of;
1 x large 4-bed detached house,
2 x semi-detached 3-bed homes,
1 x first-floor 2-bed apartment,
2 x commercial shop units.
The residential units all feature bespoke designed kitchens including fully integrated appliances and state of the art boiling taps. In addition, all have private, off-road parking.
The site comes with a 10 Year NHBC warranty.
This project was completed Summer 2020.
