the brief
Seafield Close was an ‘in-house’ development project, meaning although there was no client brief we had a very clear indication of the end result we were looking for.
As part of this project, a fully-furnished self-contained annex was incorporated into the build providing additional guest accommodation and the potential for an additional revenue stream as a holiday let.
the build
The major renovation project included a spacious side extension featuring open-plan kitchen / living area with an eye-catching vaulted ceiling.
Micro-cement floors, a suspended cargo net chill-out zone and valchromat MDF kitchen all added to delivering a home that was as beautiful as it was practical.
The end result included 4 large double bedrooms and 2 generous family bathrooms.
Some innovative features included ABB Smart Lighting and Heating, Velux windows with rain sensors, a remote controlled hot outside shower and a stunning living wall.
